Description
Houses on the right at 1-6 The Sanctuary, Westminster. Five-storey building with a gateway to Dean's Yard in the centre. Octagonal turreted building with crenelations at the top, it is a Grade II Listed building, listing 1291358. To the left is a tall monument for the Crimean War and Indian Mutiny which has lions at the base of the column. It is Grade II Listed, listing number 1357257. Behind this, the side elevation of Westminster Abbey is visible; a Grade I Listed building, listing number 1291494. The 'Westminster Abbey Book shop' is visible in the centre of the image.
