The three-storey buildings are located in sub area 4 of the North Tottenham conservation area and are Grade II listed entry 1188985 and 1079244 respectively. The estate agents has a window display of available properties and advertising '100%' mortgages. The Abbey National window to the left advertises insurance services and a 9% interest rate. The convenience store on the left has cans of acholic drinks in the window and a placard advertising Sunday opening hours of noon to 2pm which were aligned with public house opening hours of the time, repealed in 1988. The shops are now in use as a fast food outlet, flats and a barbers.
