View of shops with flats above, over four floors with attic rooms, in King's House Parade building at 443 and 445 High Road, Tottenham, looking west. Number 441, a two-storey 'Trunks Bags' travel goods shop with attic and flats above, is in view on the left. A nineteenth-century building, it has an open front and a plain- and pantile mansard roof, seen with steamer trunks and a stack of suit cases of all sizes on the pavement outside. The early twentieth-century King's House Parade is constructed of red brick and has large curve-pedimented dormer windows. The premises of Charles Ledsham Limited, ophthalmic optician, are at the ground-floor seen with piles of timber and bricks in front with scaffolding just visible on the right -hand side of the building. The shops are now a tattoo parlour, a pizza restaurant and a newsagent and grocers.
