Description
View of 42 Highgate High Street, Highgate, at the junction with Townsend's Yard. Built c1800, this house has three storeys, which are three windows wide and is made of brick with recessed sash windows. The front door is located at left of the building's front with a moulded architrave and central cartouche of arms of Sir William Ashurst. A metal fence surrounds the building and drain pipes can be seen on the side of the house. In 1974 it became a Grade II listed building.
