Title
Tudor Lodge in Thames Bank
Description
This view shows Tudor Lodge, an eighteenth-century two-storey house on Thames Bank in the Mortlake conservation area of Richmond-upon-Thames. It was Grade II listed in 1983, listing number 1252970. It has since been refurbished internally, the ground floor window replaced, and flood defence measures incorporated in its front boundary. It also appears to have lost the Tudor style chimney pots shown in the picture. An Austin Maxi is parked in the road in front of the house. The flanking wall of Thames Bank House is also visible to the right of view, also dating from the eighteenth-century and Grade II listed in 1951, listing number 1252971.
