Title
Lorraine in Hyver Hill
Description
Front elevation of Lorraine, Hyver Hill, Barnet. An impressive building of two wings at a shallow angle to one another and connected by a circular tower in French style, with the front door to the right of it. The roof is of pantiles and all the windows and doorways are arched, some of the former having wooden shutters. The whole appears to be whitewashed brick, including the three rectangular chimneys. This, together with the climbing plants growing on it, give it a very continental air.
