Description
General view from the north across open grassland to the The Green Man public house in the distance, situated on the corner of High Road, East Finchley and the North Circular Road. The junction was then controlled by traffic lights, but the pub was demolished when the North Circular was widened in the 1990s, and the High Road now crosses it by a flyover. Glanfield Lawrence's garage is on the diagonally opposite corner. The whole area is now redeveloped and the Green Man exists in name only as the Green Man Community Centre.
