Description
A view of a substantial detached house at 56 Hendon Lane, East Finchley, known as Park House. The double-fronted house is three storeys including a semi-basement; it has a deep roof parapet and is five windows wide. The doorcase has a design of Doric columns with a band of triglyphs in the lintel and a pediment above. Annexes to the right and left may be separate residences. A pedestrian is passing the house on the pavement. The house is separated from the pavement by a picket fence. Built in the early eighteenth century, Park House was Grade II listed in 1949; listing number 1359068.
