View of the north-east elevation of The Oaks, a house at 102 Galley Lane, Arkley, showing a house of two and three storeys with a single-storey glazed extension. In front, a lawn is overgrown. The house no longer exists and extensive buildings of the Poor Clares Monastery, an enclosed order of nuns, occupy the site. The present buildings date from around 1970.
