Description
Front elevation of the Greystoke House entrance lodge, Hanger Lane, Ealing. Greystoke House no longer exists. It was built at the end of the nineteenth century for John Carver JP, but was demolished in the 1970s or 1980s. Modern housing in Garrick Close now stands on its site, and a yellow brick wall and a gate are all that remains of the mansion. Hanger Lane is now known as North Circular Road.
